FOOD WASTE & SUSTAINABILITY
One third of the world's supply of food goes to waste. That accounts for roughly 4,4 gigatonnes of greenhouse gas emissions per year. Between organizations like Too Good To Go that connect consumers to retailers, to companies like Winnow that help eliminate waste in professional kitchens, there is huge opportunity here for further actions in creating our food ecosystem to be more sustainable.
